Impressive half-year 2014 result for BioActive Foods.

31-07-2014: First half-year result 2014 shows that BioActive Foods and Zinzino continue to be prosperous in promoting «Omega Balance Health Concept». The first half-year turnover of 19 million NOK is an 80 % increase compared to the same period in 2013.

Zinzino increases its ownership in BioActive Foods.

24-06-2014: On April 22nd 2014, Zinzino AB acquired 53.533 new shares in BioActive Foods increasing its ownership from 6% to 10%. Major shareholders in BioActive Foods AS are Akobe AS and Lanija AS.

BioActive Foods increased its turnover 9-folds in 2013.

19-06-2014: BioActive Foods increase its turnover from 3 million NOK in 2012 to 29 million NOK in 2013.The introduction of "Omega Balance Health Concept" in cooperation with Zinzino boosted the sale. The turnover for 2014 is expected to be between 40-50 million NOK.
